THE TIME IS NOW
It has now been twenty three years since adherents to the 'fundamental change' joke embarked on an improbable project of taking Ugandans hostages in their own country and then sytematically destroy lives, property, institutions. They have violated human rights and abrogated the rule of law. They have looted tax payer money and misappropriated workers social security savings with impunity. They continue to remind their victims on a daily basis that they are not done. They say, 'they are not going anywhere.' All this happened, not because of cowardice, naivety or foolishness on the part of Ugandans, but rather out of the failure to realize that they are dealing with evil. The time is now.
